Building Envelope: new on site experimental campaign

On-site experimental campaign regarding the monitoring of an innovative prefabricated ventilated façade will be performed within Sofia Pastori’s PhD Research Project with the collaboration of WoodBeton SpA. The testing aims at studying the façade energy behaviour over one year and will be carried out on a real building, located in the province of Brescia. Low-cost taylor-made monitoring system composed by temperature and humidity sensors, as well as hot-wire anemometers will be inserted into the façade ventilated cavity during the production phase, before the wall installation on-site.
