The Future Envelope 15 conference has launched the preliminary programme
FE15 will center on the current state of research concerning circular building products, as well as strategies for expediting and scaling up the transition.
Building products serve as the fundamental elements of the constructed environment, making them pivotal in the move toward circularity. Despite substantial research advancements in materials, design methods, manufacturing techniques, and novel implementation protocols in recent years, circular practices have yet to gain widespread adoption. However, circular implementation if further compromised by phenomena of greenwashing.
